The Ergo Injected Armrest Kit from Profile Design is engineered to deliver advanced fit customization and sustained aero comfort. Designed as the core of the brand’s comfort-focused armrest family, the smoothly curved platform cradles the elbows to enhance support and improve rider stability during extended time trial and triathlon efforts.

Constructed from injected nylon reinforced with glass fiber, the armrest base provides a high-strength, lightweight structure that resists flex under load. The included 10mm EVA foam pads incorporate a molded textured surface to improve grip and maintain forearm stability in demanding race conditions. The versatile bolt pattern enables 48 distinct configuration options simply by repositioning the armrest, allowing precise adjustments in reach and width for optimized biomechanical alignment.

Fully compatible with all current Profile Design aerobars as well as earlier models utilizing F-19, F-22, F-35, or F-40 armrests, the Ergo Injected Armrest Kit offers a highly adaptable solution for athletes seeking refined fit, improved comfort, and consistent aero performance.
