The Pro Chain Tool celebrates its third iteration by combining the user-friendly design of Pedro's Apprentice model with innovative features like a retracting pin guide. It works with chains ranging from single speed to 11-speed, and it includes the all-important peening bit and backer for working with Campagnolo 11-speed chains.

If you're a SRAM or Shimano devotee, go ahead and tune out now, but if you're a Campy-phile, then you know that the protruding end of the pin that connects a Campy chain during installation has to be mooshed a little bit to anchor it and secure the connection.
