Goes the distance, and then some.

Lasting twice as long as regular tire sealant, Orange Seal Endurance Tubeless Sealant maximizes protection from thorny punctures and sidewall slices—all without drying up prematurely and requiring you to constantly top off your tubeless tires. This premium latex sealant features what Orange Seal refers to as nanites, which are solid particles of multiple shapes and sizes that quickly seal punctures up to an 1/8-inch and slices up to a 1/2-inch. Not only is the Endurance Sealant long-lasting and effective at sealing up punctures, but it's designed to minimize added weight to your tubeless set-up, as well as being formulated with biodegradable ingredients that aren't toxic to the surrounding environment.

  • Endurance Sealant refill in 4, 8, 16, or 32oz bottle

  • Premium latex sealant with nanites for quick-sealing protection

Orange Crush

  • Familiarity: I've used it several times

Just made the switch to Orange Seal from Stan's. This stuff lasts longer, which is key in our dry Utah climate. Grab a small bottle with included injector for easy and clean installation.

Great stuff

  • Familiarity: I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions

I bought this for my husband and this is his response, "Great stuff, seals up nice and tight. Wouldn't use anything else."

The best

  • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

After using a number of other sealants I finally settled on the Orange endurance as my sealant of choice. It gets the job done while remaining in liquid form much longer than other sealants. This leads to needing to top off your sealant much less frequently through the season.

Shipped Expired Product

The bottle has an expiration date from 2018 :(

Hi Kacey, sorry to hear you received an expired bottle! Give us a call or chat in and we can replace that.

    Rave reviews!

I bought this sealant after all the rave reviews convinced me to. It works! It's great! Plus it seems to stay in liquid form longer than Stan's!

the longest lasting and best sealant available.

      Nothing better

      • Familiarity: I've used it several times

I am very impressed with this sealant. I set this up for my front tire about four months ago and haven't needed to add anymore. I have used it on four of my rear tires now and haven't had any issues with the sealant, as my tread has been shredded before I've had any leaks. Love the 32 oz option as I can use one bottle for most of a season. Only needs about 4 oz's per 27.5 inch tire

      5 Star Bandwagon

I'll jump on this love train for the Orange Seal. I was an early adopter for Tubeless and never looked back. Just a million times better than running tubes. Stan's sealant does a fine job but tended to dry out and leave a lot of little stans monsters (gooey rubber formations) in my tires. The Orange seal does a great job of staying in liquid form longer and evenly coating everything inside the tire. I also feel like I have fewer instances of clogged valve stems when running orange seal.

      Not orange flavored chocolate milk

      • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

Works really well, way better than Stans. It seals better, is easier to use, and less messy than Stans. My roommate thought it was orange chocolate milk though when I left a bowl of it laying around. Honestly that's the only thing wrong with it

      Super Sealed

I use this on a Motorcycle with a Tubless system in it. Just like on the Mountain bikes. So far this is the best sealant I have used so far. Works great.

        Sorry Stan

There is a new sealant in town and it is kicking your ... Doesn't smell, coats the inside of the tire well and seals punctures even better. Lasts a long time too.

        Amazing Stuff

        • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

This is the best sealant I have used. This stuff lasts a really long time even living in a drier climate and does an amazing job sealing punctures. I bought the 32 ounce bottle to use on multiple bikes.

        Works well

The sealant does a great job and i've enjoyed great results. It helps that the bottle is a great size and allows for many, many uses.

          Awesome sealant

          • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

I have used this all summer on my bike and it has been working great. Put some punctures in my tires and this stuff has been doing its job and sealing up those holes so I can get down the hill!

          Does what Its supposed to

This sealant is a handy size, comes with a handy tube and keeps you rolling flat free for a long time.

            Great sealant

            • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

I have used this sealant on all my bike tires. Fatbike's, 29ers, and now my 27.5's. I have better success with this over the other brand, not only in sealing large punctures, but in the cleanup as well. I've also noticed the smell isn't as nasty as the other brand gets inside the tire when you go to clean it out.

            Best there is

            • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

I have been using Orange Seal for years now in both of my 29" mountain bikes (Scott 910 hardtail with Mavic Crossmax Pro wheels & Reeb with I9 305 Enduro) and personal opinion it works far better than Stan's. I tried Stan's and found it dried out quicker, was significantly harder to get right on the first time, and did experience a couple flats, so had to continue using more of it. This will be my 4th year of using it and I have never had a flat after hundreds of miles each year and only replaced or added more just out of general maintenance.
