Pivot V3 Swing Away Extension

The Pivot v3's safety pin closure works in tandem with the existing quick-release lever, adding a second mechanical lock point that cuts down on flex at the hitch connection under load. An updated hitch tube and revised internal hardware carry over from the v2 platform, tightening tolerances at the connection without changing the swing mechanism riders already know. The 90 and 120 degree positions stay quick-release, so dialing in tailgate clearance takes seconds, not tools.
