The Exposure Toro 16 Headlight occupies the performance tier that most serious trail and bikepacking riders will find covers everything they need without the weight or bulk of the top-end Six Pack and MaXx-D. At 3850 lumens through three XPL2 LEDs focused into a 12-degree spot beam, it delivers the kind of reach and precision that fast singletrack and technical gravel riding demand, illuminating trail features and surface detail far enough ahead to ride with full commitment rather than conservative caution.

Seven customizable programs provide complete control over the brightness and runtime relationship, spanning the full range from a 2-hour maximum-output session to a 36-hour extended mode for overnight and multi-day efforts. The full-color OLED display, over 70 percent larger than previous Exposure OSD technology, provides real-time feedback on mode and remaining runtime without requiring the rider to slow down or remove gloves to read it. USB-C pass-through charging allows the Toro 16 Headlight to serve as a power bank for phones, GPS units, and other USB-C devices during rides where access to mains power is not an option, with a 12,000mAh Li-Ion battery providing enough reserve capacity to keep both the light and connected devices running.

The CNC-machined 6063 aluminium body is finished in Exposure's hard anodised gunmetal grey and rated IK09 for impact resistance alongside IP67 protection against water and dust submersion, building in the durability that extended off-road use requires. The quick-release cleat mounting system provides tool-free installation and removal in seconds, with optional mounting accessories available for stem cap, action camera, and GoPro mount configurations.
