Bang for your Buck
- Familiarity: I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions
Bryton may be a little smaller than some of the giants of the GPS world but they definitely belong in the conversation with the likes of Garmin and Wahoo. While the Aero 60 doesn't look sexy it more than gets the job done at half the price of some of its counterparts.
It may lack some features like color display and touchscreen (not a negative in my mind), but this also gives it incredible battery life. The app allows you to personalize the display relatively easily as well as upload data to Strava. Distance and elevation matches up with what my Garmin Edge reads.
This unit is also used by one of the World Tour teams at the highest level if that tells you anything.
