Great rack, easy to swap axle types

Familiarity:
I've put it through the wringer

Extremely happy with this fork-mount bicycle rack. I still prefer removing the front wheel to get a more stable interface, and this does the job- quite solid! While this is nowhere near as sleek as the Kuat, this is so easy to switch between the through axle types on my road & cross bikes, and then to my bolt-on (old style) for the track bike. Do get the 4 pack of sks locks to properly lock all the parts and provide a modicum of security. Wind noise is slightly worse that the Kuat or older (simple) Yakima fork trays, which is understandable given the size of the head on this, but can only be heard with the sunroof open. This positions the bike further forward than other trays, in case you are concerned about a clearance issue between the back of the tray & raised truck/hatch (was a problem with the Kuat Trio). Installation was quick & easy on the Subaru factory bars, and I appreciate the rubber coated straps (so I didn't need to cut up that tube for pads between the rack & bars, after all).
