If you are looking for that extra special touch for your urban commuter, the VP Components Blade Pedal may just fit the bill. This minimalist platform pedal guarantees a few glances as you roll through town.

Although many companies choose to use carbon in the construction of their top-tier pedals, VP Components turned to the lost wax casting process and fabricated the Blade from titanium. The platform is not really a platform at all, it is a series of bent bars that give it almost a cage-like feel. It sits on a 9/16th spindle that is CNC machined titanium. The pedal features both LSL and sealed ball bearings to ensure continual movement. Small pegs designed into the pedal help to ensure a secure foothold.

The VP Components Blade pedal weighs 223grams for the pair and they measure 100 by 105mm.
