The Surly Terminal Handlebar was built for riders who want comfort without giving up capability. Its 34-degree sweep encourages a natural wrist angle, letting us ride longer with less fatigue while still maintaining the leverage we need for rocky climbs and technical descents. At 735mm wide, it strikes a balance between stability and maneuverability, making it versatile across gravel, bikepacking routes, and narrow singletrack.

Made from lightweight aluminum, the Terminal Bar delivers durability without excess weight. We appreciate its dual-position setup—the 40mm rise can be flipped for either a more upright, relaxed position on long tours or a lower, more aggressive posture for singletrack. Brake lever compatibility at 22.2mm means it plays nicely with mountain components, and its design matches seamlessly with Surly touring rigs like the Troll, Ogre, Bridge Club, and ECR.
