Engineered in collaboration between SRM and Q36.5, the X-Power Direct Road Pedal redefines mechanical efficiency with a 6mm reduction in pedal stack compared to leading systems. The extended pedal body relocates cleat hardware behind the contact point, reducing rotational leverage, eliminating unnecessary spacers, and creating an expanded 1653mm² interface for improved torsional stability at high loads. The forged and machined 7075 aluminum body, reinforced retention mechanism, and hardened steel axle ensure long-term structural performance under elite training volumes.

With the total stack lowered to 9.7mm, riders benefit from reduced shear forces through the shoe sole and a more centered pedaling motion. This lower position also improves aerodynamics by lowering the rider’s center of gravity and increasing torso stability.
