The Specialized S-Works Torch Cycling Shoe continues the brand’s legacy of race-proven innovation, now lighter, more adaptive, and more biomechanically refined than ever. Every detail—from the precision-engineered carbon sole to the zonal-reinforced adaptive upper—was designed to translate watts into speed while maintaining long-haul comfort.

Using Retül biomechanical data, Specialized developed the Body Geometry platform to improve knee tracking and hip alignment, reducing fatigue while increasing sustained power. The dual BOA S3-Snap Fit System distributes pressure evenly across the foot and allows on-the-fly adjustment for a secure, dialed fit.

Inside, the internal I-Beam carbon structure stiffens the sole without extra material, achieving maximum power transfer at minimal weight. The asymmetrical heel cup stabilizes the foot through each revolution, while the shoe’s natural toe splay and slightly wider forefoot support modern rider ergonomics.
