For alloy lovers looking for a lightweight bike without having to opt for carbon, Specialized brings us the Crux DSW Frameset. This ultra-responsive, extremely capable gravel grinder features the D'Aluisio Smartweld (DSW) patented engineering process, which uses hydroforming to match tube-to-tube joints for stronger welds and a lighter frame. It also fine-tunes the properties of the alloy, delivering a ride that was never before possible without using carbon, and features the same performance gravel and race-influenced geometry as the carbon Crux. This high-performance build will make our gravel riding experience more responsive, agile, and faster than ever.
