The Matcha Green Tea & Lemon flavor contains about 16mg of naturally occurring caffeine from Matcha tea in a 16oz serving. For comparison, an 8oz cup of coffee has 70-100mg of caffeine. Love it!

    This stuff is amazing. I did a couple of century rides this summer is some serious July hear. No cramping. Several riders in my group had issues and frequently had to stop. I gave them this as a supplement and it helped on the fly. Plus I love the caffeine vs. other flavors.

    Hydrate or diedrate

      Pro tip: The orange flavor still tastes really good when its warm, so if you take your scratch out in the summer on long bike rides, that's the flavor to get.

      The Standard

      Skratch Labs Sport Hyrdartion Mix has become the standard for exercise hydration. I like the flavor (especially Lemon Lime). It's sweet, but not too sweet. It has electrolytes, but isn't too salty. In general, it's a great choice for long days on the bike.

      I started using Skratch last winter for skimo. I am now hooked for all my activities!
      Anytime I start to feel like I might bonk, a few sips of Skratch does the trick. I usually bring one or two 500ml flasks on my runs or climbs depending on how long I'll be out.
      Orange is my go-to flavor. I also like Strawberry a lot, and Matcha is great when you know it will be a long day and a little caffeine can make or break your mental state (yes, I'm a full-time coffee addict).
      If you've ever had problems with electrolyte/energy products turning your stomach over, I 10/10 recommend Skratch. All plant-based ingredients not only make the flavors taste legit, but your stomach will be thanking you.

      Works great and has a great taste

      I’ve only tried lemon - lime but it’s great, I used to take my mtb out at 8am, carry one 22oz squirt bottle with a sports drink, and a backpack full of water. I would drink all of my water then go to my bottle to get me home just because the sugar and flavor of the Gatorade/Powerade always got me sick to my stomach after about 3-4 miles... now with this I trade off at stops and can drink this throughout the ride and can keep going miles more than before and not feel so weak at the end... tastes great and goes down so easy!

      Lemons & Limes for the WIN!

        Skratch Labs has been my go-to drink mix for many years. Some mixes are overly sweet and just don't taste good or they leave a weird flavor in your mouth. Skratch Labs is my trick. It is not too sweet and easy on my stomach during long endurance workouts. I'm a forever customer.

        You know me, I'm that guy who rocks the high fruc corn syrup Powerade in my water bottle on each ride. I'm sorry, It's yummy to me. However, on first try of the SKRATCH LABS Sport Hydration Drink Mix I'm certainly becoming a convert.
        I realize that most legitimate hydration mixes won't taste like a margarita but the taste is nominally good and the amount of hydration that I get from the mix is pretty solid. I usually feel like garbage even with Powerade after an hour of 155bpm plus riding MTB wise but with this I actually felt like I could function after going pretty hard on an hour ride. Definitely a recommend and will compare to others down the road.

        A must have in the desert

        Use this for training in the desert and arid mountains in 15-30% humidity. The difference is very apparent the next day: if I used Skratch, I don’t have a dehydration headache; if I didn’t, headaches are almost a guarantee. Passion fruit is the latest I’ve tried - and it’s delicious.

        Solved my hydration issues

        I was riding with straight up water on my longer rides until I began having dehydration symptoms. After 1-1/2 to 2 hours on a hot and vertically challenging ride I started to notice; a sudden lack of energy, dry mouth, lack of thirst and an elevated heart rate. I assumed this was purely a hydration issue as my food intake on the bike was pretty dialed in. After a little research I realized this was more of an electrolyte depletion issue. Enter Skratch Hydration mix and problem solved!

        Oh, and I should mention; the stuff tastes good! Not overpowering and sweet. Personal favorites are Lemon & Lime and Passion Fruit.

        Only tastes good when you need it

          I bought the passion fruit flavor to use in my 50 mile bike race this weekend. I shared it with all of my friends that were doing the race with me. When we all first tried it, there were some weird sour faces made because no one really liked the taste. It has kind of a tea taste, which is interesting when coupled with passion fruit. While I raced, I found myself going for this stuff over water. When you need to replenish your electrolytes, your bodies craves this stuff. And the muted light tea flavor is mellow enough that it doesn’t overpower you.
