Key departures include a reinforced PU foam layer calibrated for impact resistance, and a purposefully wider nose that provides a meaningful contact surface for pinching the saddle between the knees during jumps, technical compressions, and trail features where bike control in the air matters. The flat forward platform geometry supports movement across the saddle without resistance, which keeps positioning intuitive whether a rider is sitting through a pump track or standing into a drop.
