Equipped with more suspension travel than the Tallboy, but not quite as hefty as the Megatower, the Hightower hits that mid-travel sweet spot for all-mountain riding. We've loved this bike ever since we threw a leg over the first-generation Hightower in 2016, and the current version is better than ever thanks to the refined lower-link VPP suspension and updated geometry. The Hightower's 145mm of rear travel is paired with a 150mm front fork, meaning we can take on everything from big-mileage XC rides to black-diamond runs at the bike park. The whole package rolls on speedy 29-inch wheels, helping us hold our momentum as we charge through trail obstacles.
