The Rapha Explore Powerweave Shoe fits the bill and is a versatile gravel and adventure riding shoe that is loaded with premium features. The Powerweave upper makes for a super comfortable fit that is breathable and durable. At the same time, the BOA LI2 Fit System ensures we get the perfect fit every time, deploying two dial adjusters to get a balanced and snug fit. An EVA insole cushions our foot, and adjustable arch support ensures our foot is perfectly supported. The carbon fiber sole transfers power to the pedals efficiently, while the rubber tread gives us dependable off-bike traction.

A lovely shoe but...

I had these in a 40.5 (Directly from Rapha) but they pinched and then a 41 from CC which was a bit too long for me and my foot slid from front to back. I really wanted to keep these beautiful shoes but they weren't quite wide enough for my wider right foot, otherwise I would still be wearing them. I have taken a 40 in the past with Giro and Specialized, but now need to go with a wide shoe; Rapha doesn't offer them in wide. They are a very well made, handsome shoe, easy to walk in, just not the right fit for me.
