The Men's Essential Road Logo Jersey from POC gives the

For context, I now own five of the POC Essential Road Logo jersey if that says anything about how much I like it. They jersey isn’t quite perfect (thus four stars) but for the price I just can’t pass it up and obviously keep buying it over and over. One very important thing to note is that this is definitely a summer weight jersey. The fabric, as should be apparent from the pictures, is quite thin. This is outstanding for those hot, sweaty, summer rides to help regulate body temperature and wick away moisture, but if the temperatures dip you’ll want to reach for a different jersey! That’s not a knock, just something to be aware of. The rear pockets are nice size, and the zippered pocket is perfect size for a phone. I’m able to fit a multi-tool, mini pump, tire levers, a couple spare tubes, my phone, and gels/bars for my rides all without the pockets feeling over-filled. Despite not having any silicone grippers at the waist, the elastic band does a nice job of keeping the jersey in place without being overly constricting. The areas for improvement here include the [lack of] zipper garage and the arm bands. There is a small piece of material at the top of the jersey which, in theory, provides a barrier between your neck and the zipper, but it honestly doesn’t work that well. A legit zipper garage would be a massive improvement. Additionally, while the arm bands are extremely comfortable, if the material stretches they begin to become ineffective. I have larger arms than your average cyclist, so this is a slight issue for me. All told, these are still excellent jerseys, especially for the price. There is some room for improvement, but overall still a favorite of mine and a jersey that I ride multiple times per week each summer!
