The Pivot Shuttle AMP'd hardwires the SRAM XX Eagle Transmission into the Avinox M2S drive unit, eliminating the derailleur's separate battery entirely. That single connection enables Avinox SmoothShift, an automated power delivery system that smooths shifts under load and allows shifts mid-coast, changes that show up most on technical climbs where a standard AXS derailleur would hesitate. A partitioned battery reserve keeps the derailleur operational even if the main pack depletes mid-ride.
