Pirelli built the P Zero Race Tire around a 120 TPI TechBELT casing, layering puncture-resistant nylon fabric under the tread while keeping claimed weights at 215g, 235g, and 260g across the 26, 28, and 30mm sizes. The SmartEVO compound splits grip and low rolling resistance across three polymers instead of asking one rubber blend to do both. The result reads closer to a dedicated race tire than a typical all-round tube-type option.
