What Our Gearhead® Experts Are Saying:
"The Minion DHF 29in Tire has an unmatched ability to grip through loose corners and charge through technical terrain. The tread sheds mud and grabs onto roots and rocks alike, making it a versatile choice for enduro and downhill riders."
Built with one of the most imitated tread patterns in mountain biking, the Maxxis Minion DHF 29in Tire is a premium choice for enduro and downhill riders who demand stability, traction, and control. The wide-placed knobs hold firm on steep descents, while the siped center tread grips on loose, wet, or rocky surfaces. Available in EXO, Donwhill, and Double Down casings, it’s ready for aggressive enduro courses and high-speed downhill trails. Plus, the tire’s tubeless-ready construction means fewer flats and smooth rolling. From bike parks to remote singletrack, the Minion DHF keeps us confident and in control.

Tried & true
- Familiarity:
- I've put it through the wringer
If you’re not running an assegai on your front, you’re selling yourself short. The grip cannot be beat. I’ve ran them on all of my bikes

Great tires
- Familiarity:
- I've used it several times
Really liking these tires, very grippe and roll well. I was running 29x3, then 29x2.8, and now these tires which are much more nimble and fast. Me gusta. They look great too! Great on my local IN metro trails, lebanon hills, etc
