The TR90 thermoplastic frame is chosen for its flex under stress, resisting cracking from crashes or pack contact better than a rigid frame material, while polycarbonate lenses add impact resistance without adding weight to the front of the face. A 7 base curve wraps the lens closer to the face for a wider field of view, and hydrophobic and oleophobic coatings shed sweat and road spray so vision stays clear through hard efforts.
