Made with a moisture-wicking felt outer layer to keep you dry, the insole's inner reflective material helps block cold from reaching your feet, while a layer of air cells trap your body's natural heat rather than letting it escape, acting as an insulating layer against the cold. Note that the Winter Insole was designed to provide warmth and insulation within your shoe, and it doesn't address arch support.
