SO hard to find decent cycling caps..

But this one fits the bill, so to speak. I tend to like wearing hats under my helmet in the winter, as it helps keep the noggin warm and the visor is handy when the sun is low in the sky in winter months. Trouble with most cotton hats is that either the bill is too big, the fit is too small (almost every hat except Giordana and Assos), and in either case they often never fit well after the first wash or the elastic will wear quickly. But Gore has managed to fix most of these issues by using a different material. Washes well, doesn't shrink, and has enough room to stuff my long hair into it.
