The Imperial II Cycling Shoe is engineered for riders who demand maximum efficiency, minimal weight, and precise fit. Giro’s redesigned forged carbon outsole uses unidirectional carbon fibers molded into complex geometries, allowing for optimized stiffness, smoother cleat interfaces, and improved power transfer. Compared to the previous version, the plate increases stiffness by 20Nm while maintaining an exceptionally low overall weight.

Up top, the flat-knitted Synchwire upper combines comfort and performance through a seamless TPU monofilament mesh construction. This design integrates ventilation directly into the structure of the shoe, increasing airflow while the thermally bonded TPU skin reinforces key zones for stability under load. Dual BOA Li2 alloy dials offer incremental micro-adjustments in both directions, creating a secure, evenly distributed fit that can be dialed in without interrupting your effort.

Rounding out the performance package, Giro’s Supernatural Fit System includes adjustable arch support options that allow riders to customize fit and pedaling efficiency.
