Designed for competitive cross-country performance, the KFX i28 Boost Wheel system integrates advanced carbon construction with modern hub technology to deliver speed, efficiency, and control across multiple configurations. Available as a front wheel and rear wheel options with XD or Micro Spline driver bodies, it provides compatibility with a wide range of drivetrain setups.

Each wheel features an asymmetric carbon rim with a variable height profile, optimizing the balance between lateral stiffness and vertical compliance. This construction enhances power transfer while improving ride quality over rough terrain. The 28mm internal width supports wider tire profiles for increased traction and stability, while the hookless, tubeless-ready design improves tire interface and reduces weight.

At the center, PRS alloy hubs provide rapid engagement for efficient power delivery, paired with sealed cartridge bearings for smooth, low-maintenance operation. The wheels are laced with direct-pull, double-butted spokes in a 2-cross pattern with brass nipples, ensuring durability under race conditions. Boost spacing includes a 15x110mm front and 12x148mm rear, with 6-bolt rotor compatibility across all options.

The rear wheel is offered in both SRAM XD and Shimano Micro Spline freehub standards, allowing riders to match their drivetrain requirements without compromise. All wheels are handcrafted to maintain tight tolerances and consistent performance.
