Launch Pro D30 Knee Hard Caps

What Our Gearhead® Experts Are Saying:

"If your knee pads are structurally sound but the caps are worn, this is the fix. The replacement caps match the original protection level and are easy to install. It’s a cost-effective way to keep high-end pads performing like they should."

The Launch Pro D30 Knee Hard Caps are designed to refresh and restore the protective performance of worn Launch Pro D30 Knee Guards. Rather than replacing an entire pad system, these caps target the most heavily impacted component, bringing back the hard-shell durability needed for high-speed and high-consequence riding.

Constructed from the same impact-resistant compound as the original equipment, the caps are built to withstand repeated strikes against rocks, hardpack, and trail features common in downhill and enduro environments. Once installed, they reinforce the pad’s ability to disperse force and protect the knee during crashes and heavy impacts.

For riders who push their gear to the limit, these replacement hard caps offer a practical way to maintain top-tier protection. They’re an ideal solution for extending the service life of premium knee guards while preserving the confidence to ride aggressively, season after season.
