The Flexair Fire Pant is built around Polartec Alpha insulation, a material that adapts its breathability based on body heat output, eliminating the need to shed or add layers mid-ride as effort fluctuates between climbs and descents.

The super light ripstop polyester shell keeps overall weight low while maintaining abrasion resistance, and TruMotion all-way stretch fabric delivers a full range of motion through aggressive body positioning on technical descents. Body-mapped laser perforations are placed strategically to maximize airflow in high-heat zones, working in tandem with the adaptive insulation to manage temperature through variable efforts. A bonded waistband adds stretch for comfort under a hip pack or riding gear, while the race ratchet closure allows secure, quick adjustments without stopping.
