You won’t find a better fueling solution for the money. I recommend it to everyone and most of my riding buddies have jumped on the band wagon with me. I love how flexible and simple it is to customize your carb intake for your needs. I use 2 scoops per bottle for short or lower intensity rides and 3-3.5 scoops for longer or higher intensity rides. The flavor is clean and neutral and not as sweet as you might expect considering it is basically 99.9% sugar. I like to add a splash of lemon juice to my bottles. Try it. You won’t regret it.

Sweetness, not taste

Got this mix based off simplicity and lack of other “stuff.” I read multiple reviews of how it has no taste. I really didn’t know what to expect but when you drink it it does have sweetness, not taste. It’s good and simple and does the trick. I think I’ll be using this for a while and maybe add some lemon juice or something if I do want any taste.

As a CrossCountry MTB cyclist I have a very sensitive stomach and virtually all big brands drink mixes and gels I’ve tried have made me puke during all marathon and endurance(3-6hrs) races due to how heavy they are with fillers. Formula 369 dissolves extremely well in the bottle. I went from a drink mix, electrolyte bottle and gels to just Formula 369 for training and races and I could not be happier. Very smooth with mild non overpowering flavor at a great price. Better fueling allows me to hold higher avg watts comfortably which returns better results. I can focus on riding and not worry if I’m gonna puke or get stomach cramps and have to back off.

You can't beat Formula 369. The mix is perfect and doesn't upset my stomach. 90% of the high carb mixes out there destroy my gut. This bag is massive! Price per serving is the lowest you'll find. My rides average 40-50 miles and I always bring at least one bottle with Formula 369. Personally one or two scoops is sufficient for my rides, but if you're racing definitely do three scoops!! There is no flavor, so add your own if that's important to you. I think the flavoring may be one of the things that triggers my gut issues, so I appreciate the simplicity of this mix. Post ride you can mix in some protein powder and your body will thank you :) At the end of the day this mix is an optimal combination of sugar, salt and carbs. It mixes great and there are no clumps. The company owner is an endurance athlete and has tons of informational videos on their various social media channels. I'm huge on supporting small businesses based in the USA and Formula 369 checks all the boxes. Great product, great value, great company.
