Game changer for training
- Familiarity:
- I've put it through the wringer
These goggles have changed my life as an elite swimmer. The data shows in real time, which has helped me gauge my pace better. I’m a competitive person, so I feed off of knowing my times and how well I’m doing on each set. Without Form, I didn’t know my progress until after the entire session was over and I looked at my Apple Watch App and Training Peaks. The goggles make me go harder and be more driven in the water. I’ll never go back to using goggles without smart technology again. I’ve shaved 38 seconds off my 750 meter time in just the few months that I’ve had these. They are also adjustable and will fit any size. I use the small adapter, but it comes with many sizes so they don’t leak. I can’t rave about them enough!

I absolutely love my new goggles! I am relatively new to swimming, and I love that these are crystal clear and help me keep track of my laps and split times. The included extra nose pieces help to adjust the fit perfectly to my face - one of my biggest pet peeves has been water entry in goggles. The great fit on these certainly helps to eliminate this for me. I love having my pace, distance and other swim stats displayed right in these goggles! It allows me to swim smarter each lap without stopping to check my watch. While not training for a triathlon, they're perfect for my fitness routine. Highly recommend theses great goggles to fellow lap swimmers seeking an upgrade. The stats are super helpful and is giving me the data I need for that extra boost.

Makes my swimming feel like biking
- Familiarity:
- I've used it several times
I come from a cycling background and only recently decided to start swimming. Immediately, one of the challenges I was faced with was being able to get my workouts with data integrated. I never run without my running watch, and I don't bike without a bike computer. But swimming was another challenge altogether. Enter Form goggles. My current setup that I'm using these with is a Garmin Fenix watch and the Polar OH1+ HRM. I haven't quite had the chance to take the complete setup outside, but I can say that in a pool, the whole system works pretty well. There is a slight learning curve with how to get the watch and goggles to play well together, but once you have it, it's extremely cool to be able to look at your current lap time or heart rate while you're swimming. The extra nose pieces were an awesome touch as well. It took a few tries, just like any goggles, but you definitely have the ability to get the fit dialed on these to reduce any water coming in while you're swimming. Overall, I think these goggles provide something unique in the market for those data nerds out there who love to see how they're performing in real time. I definitely fall into that category, and for me, Form goggles totally hit the mark.
