Arione VS X Saddle

If you want a race-inspired saddle, but you need some extra comfort, the Fi:zi’k Arione Versus X Saddle may be exactly what you need. Based on the modern-classic Arione shape, it adds a generous pressure relief channel down the middle, and ample padding.

The Versus range of saddles makes use of thicker foam than their standard Fi’zi:k counterparts. It is specifically shaped to provide more padding for your sit bones to keep them from getting tender on long rides. This being the “X” version, it employs a deeper relief channel than the standard “Versus” level Arione. The rear wings of the saddle are 132mm wide, making it ideal for those with medium-width sit bones. The generous 300mm length gives you plenty of fore-aft movement to adjust your posture over the course of a ride. And as you’d expect from Fi’zi:k, this saddle’s shape was developed after long-term laboratory blood flow analysis and thermal mapping of multiple groups of test subjects.

The Arione Versus X is built on a carbon-reinforced nylon body, which provides a comfortable shell flex. The rails are K:ium, an alloy that’s proprietary to Fi’zi:k, which offers similar weight to titanium rails, at a significantly more affordable price point.
