Evoc builds the Tour Seat Bag from a water-repellent polyester and nylon blend, with a Hypalon panel reinforcing the seatpost-facing side against abrasion. That combination lets the shell handle both moisture and constant contact wear without breaking down over repeated mounting and removal.
