Most handlebar bags are a two-part system: the bag and the harness that mounts it. The EVOC Handlebar BOA Waterproof Pack integrates the mount directly into the bag via two BOA dials that clamp to the bars without tools, additional hardware, or a separate harness. The result is a 5L bag that comes in at 11.6oz all-in, meaningfully lighter than comparable volume setups that carry the weight of a dedicated mounting system on top of the bag itself.
