The Racer Tire Plug Tool is molded from Nylon 6 with 30% glass fill, keeping the body at 14 grams while carrying three standard soft-nose plugs and two Megaplugs for a broader puncture range than a single-size tool. A hardened 304 stainless steel insertion tube and a brass-and-aluminum plug tip handle the actual repair work, with snap-on caps that keep plugs clean between uses. The included 10-gram silicone cage mount is built for road use specifically; Dynaplug notes it isn't rated to stay secure against the debris and impact of rougher trail riding.
