The Synthesis XCT Alloy wheels from Crankbrothers are a thoughtfully tuned system where each wheel is engineered for its own performance role on the bike. As a pair, their combined benefits are clear the moment the trail points down or the pace picks up.

The front wheel is tuned for compliance and grip, with a 26.5mm inner rim width supporting wider XC tires. This increased volume and rounded profile give the tire a more predictable feel in corners and better tracking through uneven terrain. The 28-spoke configuration adds to its forgiving character while keeping things light for uphill acceleration.

The rear wheel stiffens the equation, built to handle peak loads and aggressive pedaling. A narrower 24.5mm inner rim suits faster-rolling tires and sharpens edge grip, improving control and acceleration on technical climbs and fast descents. It uses a 32-spoke count and a 6-bolt Synthesis Standard hub with 17º engagement for quick power delivery.
