July 10, 2024

Broken the first time I needed it.

Familiarity:
I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions

I purchased this in April 2024 and had to use any part of the tool for the first time in July 2024. The pin driver on the chain tool broke and left me stranded at the bottom of a 2 mile climb. I contacted competitive cyclist via chat who told me to contact them via email instead. Now their reply is to contact crank bros directly. So everyone has just passed me along without actually helping. I will probably NOT purchase a crankbros product in the future and I will probably NOT purchase from competitive cyclist in the future.
