The 300TPI Super Polyester casing brings handmade quality to a tubeless-ready platform that opens up the full performance potential of the Chicane's design. Running tubeless allows pressures low enough for the casing to genuinely conform to the terrain, adding compliance and traction on surfaces where a stiffer setup would skip and push. Challenge's handmade assembly process applies high-quality natural glues and latex coatings step by step in a small-batch production environment, resulting in a casing consistency and ride feel that mass-produced tires cannot approach at any price. The Chicane Pro Tubeless Tire is hookless rim compatible and UCI compliant, with most rims having an internal width up to 23mm, making it straightforward to integrate into modern race wheelsets without compatibility concerns.

PPS puncture protection adds a tightly-woven fabric layer between the tread and casing to guard against flats on courses that mix sharp debris, wooden barriers, and unpredictable surface changes within the same lap.
