Cervelo S5 Force AXS pairs crank power data with a lighter aero frame
The Cervelo S5 Force AXS runs SRAM's 12-speed wireless Force AXS groupset on a carbon frame that Cervelo says trims over 6 watts and about 124 grams from the outgoing S5, with the gains concentrated at the fork and head tube. The one-piece HB19 bar and stem replaces the outgoing two-piece front end, tightening tolerances without adding a second set of bolts to torque. Reserve and Cervelo tuned the 57|64 wheelset specifically for this frame's tube shapes instead of adapting an existing mold, so the aero numbers reflect wheel and frame working as one system.
