The Caledonia Rival AXS is Cervélo’s answer to modern road riding—fast, efficient, and versatile enough to handle everything from smooth asphalt to battered chipseal. At its core is a full carbon Caledonia frame paired with a tapered fork, engineered for stability at speed while keeping rider comfort in check. With clearance for 34mm tires (or 31mm with fenders), this platform is more adaptable than a traditional race bike, yet remains sharp and responsive in group-ride accelerations.

The SRAM Rival AXS 12-speed drivetrain provides seamless wireless shifting and a wide gear range thanks to the 48/35t crankset and 10–36t cassette. Riders can spin easily on steep grades without sacrificing top-end speed on fast flats. The Vision Team i23 tubeless-ready wheels are laced to a 23mm internal rim width, supporting Vittoria Corsa N.EXT 32c tires for a balance of rolling speed, comfort, and grip. SRAM Paceline rotors ensure consistent braking power in all conditions.

Practicality is built in with Cervélo’s removable front derailleur mount, discreet fender mounts, and carbon seatpost. The cockpit is anchored by Cervélo’s AB07 alloy bars and ST36 stem, sized specifically to match each frame for optimal handling. This Rival AXS build makes the Caledonia more accessible without compromising on performance, delivering a road bike that thrives in real-world conditions—whether that means chasing a fast group ride, linking mixed surfaces, or stacking back-to-back centuries.
