Castelli built this jersey around a 3D-knit main body in 93% polyester and 7% elastane, engineered to trap air inside for warmth while still managing moisture as effort climbs. Side panels and sleeves switch to an 80% polyester, 20% fleece-knit blend, prioritizing fit and stretch over raw warmth in the zones that need to move the most.

A gripper elastic waist keeps the hem locked in place through aggressive positions, three rear pockets handle on-ride storage, and an easy-sliding YKK® Vislon® zipper allows quick venting adjustments as the temperature shifts through a ride.
