The Castelli Estremo Thermal Winter Skully uses Polartec AirCore fabric across the front to manage wind exposure while allowing vapor to escape quickly, preventing the moisture buildup common in fully sealed winter headwear. A warmer fabric on the back adds comfort in areas with less direct wind exposure, while full ear coverage addresses one of the primary points of heat loss in cold conditions. The low-profile construction fits cleanly under a helmet without adding bulk or shifting fit.
