How To Make Embro

Making your own embrocation is as easy as melting butter. In this installment, Andy shares his home-brewed formula for the perfect mellow to medium warming ointment. All you need is a cup of raw shea butter, half a cup of beeswax, a quarter cup of olive oil, a touch of lavender oil, and of course – a small splash of capsicum.
