Sharp and sleek
These brakes are a perfect upgrade from my 105 brakes on my old bike. The only issue I have had is when swapping brake pads you need to be careful to not scratch your fork/seatstay.

Easy upgrade
I picked this up to replace a stock front brake that I was very underwhelmed with. Installation was a breeze and performance is substantially better.

FYI, Ferrules are not necessary with Shimano brakes. Yours is sitting on top of the insertion site. As such, the housing is not nearly deep enough in the chamber. No offense meant. But,.......

Hey John - the difference between the BR-R8010 and BR-R8000 is that the 8010 is direct mount and the 8000 is standard mount. Looking at the Vynl frames looks like those have brake bridges and stardard mounts. So you should look at the 8000's.
