The Shimano RT-CL800 Rotor brings Shimano’s advanced heat-management and vibration-reduction technologies into a centerlock platform ideal for gravel, endurance, and mixed-surface riders. Designed with Ice Technologies and Freeza layered construction, the rotor combines stainless steel braking surfaces with an aluminum core to manage heat buildup and extend brake pad life. The result is quieter, more consistent braking performance—even on long alpine or high-speed gravel descents.

The reinforced aluminum spider arm adds torsional stiffness to the structure, reducing resonance and brake squeal under heavy load.
