Description

Durable and efficient.

The people at FSA are borderline nuts about all things related to bottom brackets, cranksets, and the integration of the two. Little wonder, then, that pressing the FSA BB30 Bottom Bracket into your frame will yield a smooth, durable ride. It spins on reliable, no-nonsense stainless steel bearings and includes a wave spring, circlips, and nylon spacers for press-fit installation.

Please note that this is only compatible with frames built for press fit BB30 assemblies. FSA recommends checking your frame for proper diameter and bearing seat alignment prior to installing, and we definitely agree.

    I've used it several times

These bearings work great! Comes with everything you need besides the tools to replace your bb30 bearings.

Will a shimano fc-5700 crankset work with the fsa bb30?

Hi Phil, You can make a Fc-5700 crankset with a BB30 Bottom Bracket. I would suggest using item # WHL000L.

Will this set work in a BB30A bottom bracket, or do I need additional spacers?

No you should not need any additional spacers, unless you are trying to run Shimano or Sram GXP. Note that there is a difference between BB30 and PF30. Get in touch with me if you have any questions. gmcbride@backcountry.com
