The Trigger Point STK Contour Massage Stick serves as an ingenious tool for relieving tension and soothing painful muscles after a strenuous workout or uncomfortable seating situation, such as long flights in coach class where you're all cramped up. Its flexible, muscle-wrapping design places nine foam spindles around your sore spots, allowing you to relieve tension by moving the massage stick back and forth with just enough pressure.
Each spindle individually targets key muscle groups with enough flexibility to conform, yet it's not overly squishy, meaning it still digs into those stubborn muscles. Trigger Point recommends using it on especially sore areas, such as the calf, hamstring, quadriceps, and back. For convenience, you can use this massage stick while seated or standing for use at work and home alike. Additionally, you'll find its relatively compact nature is travel-friendly and easily fits in a mid-sized backpack.

Great tool for my online group personal classes!
I use the STK Contour in my online group personal training class. I love it, but more importantly, my participants love it! This is a fantastic option for clients who cannot get down on the floor to use a foam roller. We use the rollers in our warmup to prepare for movement, and in the cool down to help with recovery.

Hard foam
I got a it a week ago to relieve sore back.. The tool flexes nicely and the width is good. Yet, the rollers are really hard - considerably harder than both orange and black foam foot roller material. Surprise, and not a welcome one. I think I would have like them at the black foam hardness, so they would give a little.

Best for below knees and forearms
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Don't know how I got this product did a review on Amazon and noticed nothing posted here. I'm a physical therapist and we ordered about 20 of the Grid 2.0 they are great. This product is really a foam roller warm up tool or if you are very sore it might get you moving until you can tolerate the Grid 2.0. I like this tool for my forearms, calves and anterior shin muscles the most.
