Not good

Familiarity:
I've put it through the wringer

Horrible idea to put sealant inside tubes. It collects in one section and makes the weight of the tube uneven - some sections are significantly heavier than others. Also a nightmare to blow up, the sealant always comes through the valve and makes a big mess.
