Comfortable at first

The bibs were comfortable at first (purchased Mar 2023), but the padding began to fall apart after about 1500 miles of riding. The straps were flimsy and would curl often, I was very unimpressed. I've had better luck with Assos and PEARL iZUMi.

Santini is a brand that definitely doesn't get the attention it deserves. The Unico bib is hands down one of the best pair of bibs that I have ever used. On the surface, there isn't much to set it apart from other bibs, but the combination of the small details is what makes the difference. The lack of seams on the legs of the bibs help them to disappear into the ride. The Chamois provides excellent long term support and comfort. The bib straps stretch comfortably over your shoulders and lay flat without bunching. These are a pair of bibshorts that you forget about while wearing them, never distracting you from your ride. I couldn't recommend them more.
