We count on the LES SL Ride GX/X01 Mountain Bike for high-mileage training rides in the alpine or to give us the best opportunity to podium at the local XC series. Pivot has taken every assurance to keep this frame’s weight to a bare minimum at an impressive 800g, giving us the best possible platform to achieve maximum speed. Pivot smartly stretches the headtube angle to 68.5-degrees to provide added stability for demanding XC stages, yet still retains plenty of reactivity for driving power to the pedals over long rides. Other impressive touches include four total mounting points for hydration and provisions, along with internal cable routing for a clean cockpit.

This particular LES SL features an aptly fitted Fox Performance Stepcast 32 fork for a touch of forgiveness on tricky course features and loose corners, while keeping efficiency at its core. The hybrid X01 and GX drivetrain finds the perfect balance point between weight and cost, and provides 12 gears and an impressive 10-52t range. SRAM Level T brakes are among the lightest 4-piston disc brake options available for dependable stopping power without added weight, and ever-reliable DT Swiss X1900 wheels keep our race run alive even if things get gnarly.
