XC GX Transmission Mountain Bike

Stocked with features to make us faster when competing for the podium, the Pinarello XC is a one-stop shop for an XC race machine. Featuring a lightweight carbon fiber frame, an efficient flex stay suspension design, and cross-country race geometry, the Pinarello XC offers lightning-fast speeds and precise handling on the XC course. The XC sports 90mm of travel. However, it can run a longer stroke shock to ramp up the rear travel to 100mm if we need a bit of extra capability. The 67.5-degree head tube angle is exceptionally slack for the 100mm travel fork it is fitted with and puts us in a confident position when descending anything the most progressive courses can muster up. The steep 75.5-degree seat tube angle ensures we rocket up climbs efficiently, while the asymmetrical chainstays increase durability, traction, and energy transfer. At the same time, the flex stay suspension design improves stiffness and reduces weight, giving us a rocketship of an XC bike that we're happy to throw a leg over any day.

The GX Transmission build of the Pinarello XC features everything we need to take our riding to the next level, including an electronic drivetrain, an integrated cockpit, and a lightweight carbon fiber frame. First up, Pinarello's Toray T900 UD carbon fiber frame sports an exceptionally lightweight platform, race-bred geometry, and asymmetrical chainstays to bring us XC race performance from the start. SRAM's GX Transmission AXS drivetrain ensures flawless shifting when the race is on the line, and the DT Swiss XR 1900 Spline aluminum wheel, equipped with DT Swiss 350 hubs, gives us technical performance all over the mountain. This build is fitted with Fox Performance Elite suspension, with the Float 32 Step Cast fork up front throwing down 100mm of bump-eating travel and the Float SL rear shock staying locked to the ground for unrelenting traction. The Talon Ultra XC, integrated stem and handlebar, gives us more precise steering and a lighter-weight cockpit. At the same time, the Fox Transfer SL Performance Elite dropper post equips us with 100mm of travel adjustment for more stable descents.
