Comfortable vest
I really like the fabric of this vest. It is comfortable to wear. It does seem to run small though compared to other apparel items. I am about 145 lb and wear 34c/ medium shirts. I can wear this vest especially if I adjust the Velcro but it works much better for my 10 year old daughter. She is 5'1, about 110 lbs. I love having my kids wear hydrations vests for bike rides and hikes though. They are so handy for keeping snacks and water. As the mom, it is so nice not having to carry enough water for everyone in a backpack.

Running vest
Love the vest and the color. Use this for my longer runs and trail runs in the heat. Love the storage capacity!

Make Summer Running Enjoyable! Game Changer!!!
I absolutely LOVE my vest! I've never worn a hydration pack before. I've always carried a handheld or gone without water, but I don't like those options. I'd rather not have anything in my hands, AND I need water! Summer running with the heat and humidity is my least favorite season, but carrying water in my vest has been game changing! This vest fits very well and it's adjustable on the sides, back, and front. It doesn't move around and it doesn't chaff. I've warn it with a tank top for every run so far and I haven't had any issues with it on my skin. I love the pockets on the front - they hold my fuel packets, snacks, salt caps, pepper spray, phone, personal alarm, etc. without feeling heavy. I "burp" the bladder (take the air out after putting water in it) so it doesn't slosh around/make noise. I honestly don't really notice that I'm wearing a vest, other than the fact that I can drink water whenever I want! AND, I've got to say, now that I have a LOT more water available, I drink a lot more! Which has also helped my performance and quickened my recovery time! I also feel a lot better on hot, humid runs because I'm drinking a lot more.

I wanted to love it but..
..it didn't fit! There is no stretch to this. It ran small, but aesthetically it's beautiful. Maybe if I lose like 1000 pounds it'll fit someday. That day is not today so back it went. Bummer!

Length sucked but DIY fixeable
I was pretty disappointed with this. The fact that the waist area is adjustable is great, however, the length is not, and somehow it’s still supposed to fit XXS-M. If you’re the same size from chest to hips, no problem. If you have a noticeable chest, waist, hip difference, you may have the vest pushing up your waist, inches of extra straps above your shoulders, and the stabbing of the liner into your stomach. I made it perfect for me with a needle, thread, and scissors but be aware of this problem because it was a doozy.

Lovely hydration vest
Great light hydration pack. Adjustable in the waist with Velcro strips on the inside back. Comfortable, chafe free, sufficient capacity for hours long runs.

Love this pack!
Love love love this pack! Lightweight, fits my giant phone in the front, water doesn’t slosh, soft material doesn’t rub at my shoulders. I can’t say enough good things about it.

Velcro will ruin clothes
Loved this hydration pack until the Velcro started folding upwards on my runs and ruining my workout clothes. Not matter how I adjust the back pieces it keeps happening. Will try to return

Great until washed
Loved this vest until I had to wash it from the smell… followed the directions for washing completely and now the Velcro n the back starting curling up on every single run. It has completely ruined 3 of my running pants and a few shirts. I’m so angry and now back to finding a hydration pack that actually works

Don't even know it's there..........
I felt I needed a hydration vest when embarking on my first half marathon at age 61! This was one of the only ones made by Nathan available in my size at the time. I feel that it has performed excellently with no discomfort on my part. No chafing, great weight distribution and can carry gels, water, phone, extra tech shirt. Four stars because I wish that the magnetic connection for the water tube could be switched sides. I also feel that the instructions for sizing need to be more clear.
